Shandong Wantong Metal Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Zouping City, Shandong Province, and serves as a key player in the city’s ambitious effort to build a 500-billion-yuan aluminum industry cluster. Situated adjacent to Jinan Airport, Qingdao Port, and the Ji-Qing Expressway, the company enjoys convenient transportation links. With a total investment of RMB 5.5 billion, it operates two production bases in Weiqiao Town and Changshan Town, Zouping City, boasting an annual production capacity of 600,000 tons across a 400,000-square-meter site. Our facilities are equipped with domestically produced specialized equipment integrated with internationally advanced automated control systems, including those from Zhuoshen Nonferrous Metals Equipment Co., Ltd., ABB (Sweden), IMS (Germany), FATA (Italy), Honeywell (USA), and others. By incorporating electromagnetic filtration technology into our cast‑rolling production line, we have achieved seamless, continuous production—from molten aluminum to finished aluminum sheet and coil—shortening the production cycle and reducing energy consumption. The resulting aluminum products exhibit lightweight properties, excellent corrosion resistance, and superior strength, ensuring consistently high product quality and reliable supply capacity, thereby guaranteeing customers timely, quality‑assured, and full‑quantity deliveries.
More than 100 quality management professionals and over 200 technical personnel provide robust support for stringent quality control and the research, development, and continuous improvement of core manufacturing processes. At the same time, we have obtained ISO 9001 certification for our quality management system.
