From April 19 to April 20, 2018, Shandong Jinan Anpei Testing Co., Ltd. conducted a Level‑2 national safety production standardization assessment and acceptance review of our company. The review comprised several key components, including an opening meeting, on-site inspections of production facilities, a review of safety documentation, and a closing meeting.

Throughout the entire review process, the review team carefully listened to the explanations and responses provided by our company’s relevant personnel, engaged in thorough communication with them, meticulously verified all supporting documents and data, and conducted a comprehensive on-site inspection. Adhering to an objective, impartial, and scientifically rigorous approach, and upholding a serious, fact‑based work ethic, the team carried out the on-site assessment strictly in accordance with the requirements set forth in the “Detailed Implementation Rules for the Standardization Review of Enterprise Work Safety in Shandong Province” and the “Assessment and Rating Standards for Safety and Quality Standardization in Nonferrous Metal Enterprises.”

Since our company launched its initiative to establish a standardized safety‑production enterprise, we have integrated this effort into our overall safety‑management system. With accident prevention as our core objective and standardized safety production as the guiding principle, we have diligently carried out all aspects of safety management, firmly assumed the primary responsibility for workplace safety, intensified efforts to identify and address potential hazards, continuously raised safety awareness among all employees, further strengthened the foundation of safety management, and substantially enhanced the intrinsic safety level of the enterprise, thereby effectively preventing production‑related accidents. At the same time, we have consistently reinforced safety education and training, ensured adequate investment in safety measures, and guaranteed the implementation of technical safety protocols, the rectification of identified hazards, and the proper distribution of personal protective equipment. Relying on the effective operation of our management system, we have prioritized routine preventive measures, emphasized process‑based assurance of outcomes, and highlighted the “key processes and critical controls” inherent in our corporate management framework. By establishing targeted safety monitoring points and adopting a point‑to‑area safety‑assurance model, we have significantly reduced the presence of safety risks. We have also vigorously conducted safety inspections and oversight, systematically identifying and addressing potential hazards to ensure that equipment, facilities, and work sites comply with safety standards. Through both routine and specialized inspections, we rigorously assess and evaluate each workshop in accordance with the “Safety and Quality Standardization Assessment and Rating Criteria for Nonferrous Metal Enterprises,” embedding the principles of standardized safety production into daily operations and deeply rooting them in the mindset and actions of every employee across the company. Furthermore, we have strengthened occupational health and safety protections, safeguarding the safety and well‑being of our workforce during production activities. All initiatives are implemented strictly in line with the requirements of the standardized safety‑production assessment criteria, with continuous review and corrective action to achieve ongoing improvement and effectively prevent accidents.

Through the implementation of standardized safety production initiatives, our company has essentially established a dual safety management system encompassing “risk-based tiered control and hazard identification and remediation.” A long-term mechanism for self‑discipline and continuous improvement in safety production has also been put in place. Our safety performance management complies with the relevant laws, regulations, and normative standards issued by the national, provincial, and municipal safety supervision authorities, and meets the requirements stipulated in the “Assessment and Rating Standards for Safety and Quality Standardization of Nonferrous Metal Enterprises.”

Huang Lei, head of the final review panel, announced: “The score for this review was 82.5, and our company has successfully passed the provincial Level‑II certification.” In his concluding remarks, General Manager Qin stated that the company will, in strict accordance with the review findings, continuously raise its safety management standards, sustain improvements to its management system, complete its self‑assessment on schedule, and ensure the effective implementation of the Level‑II certification criteria.
