Performance and Use

Aluminium Alloy 1030B

Aluminium alloy 1030B keeps the advantages of other alloys and, therefore, it is good for making the composition even. It is suitable for professional production, lowering cost, saving energy and environment.
The main usage for the 1030B alloy is to make air-conditioning foil.

Aluminium Alloy 1050

The 1050 aluminium alloy has 99.5% aluminium content. It has excellent forming processing characteristics, high corrosion resistance, good weldability and electrical conductivity. It is widely used in products with low tensile strength requirements, such as chemical instruments, sheet metal parts, deep drawing or spinning concave vessels, welded parts, heat exchangers, clock surfaces and discs, nameplates, kitchen utensils, decorations, reflective appliances, and etc.

Performance and Usage of Each Alloy

Aluminium Alloy 1060

The 1060 aluminium alloy has 99.6% aluminium content. With attributes of good elongation and tensile strength, it is able to meet the high processing requirements of conventional processing (stamping, drawing). The 1060 alloy is industrial pure aluminium with high plasticity, corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity. However, it has low tensile strength. It can be processed with gas welding, hydrogen atom welding and contact welding, but it is not easy to braze. It can easily take pressure processing, extension, and bending.
The 1060 alloy is widely used in products with low strength requirements. Products are often used in signboards, billboards, building exterior decoration, bus body, high-rise building or factory wall decoration, kitchen sinks, lamp holders, fan blades, electronic parts, chemical instruments, sheet metal parts, etc.

 

Aluminium Alloy 1100

The 1100 aluminium alloy is a general industrial pure aluminium containing 99.0% aluminium. It cannot be heat treated and strengthened. It has low strength but good ductility, formability, weldability and corrosion resistance. After anodizing, the corrosion resistance can be further improved while obtaining an aesthetically pleasing surface.
The 1100 alloy is used for processing parts that require good formability and high corrosion resistance but do not require high tensile strength, such as: chemical products, food industry equipment and storage containers, sheet processing parts, deep drawing or spinning concave vessels, welding parts, heat exchangers, printing plates, nameplates, and reflective appliances.

Aluminium Alloy 3003

The 3003 aluminium alloy is used to process parts that require good formability and high corrosion resistance and weldability. It not only requires these properties but also higher tensile strength than 1xxx alloys. The 3003 alloy is mainly used to produce kitchen utensils, food or chemical processing and storage devices, tanks for transporting liquid products, various pressure vessels and pipes processed with thin plates.

Aluminium Alloy 3102

The 3102 aluminium alloy keeps the advantages of other alloys and, therefore, it is good for making the composition even. It is suitable for professional production, lowering cost, saving energy and environment.
The main usage for the 3102 alloy is to make air-conditioning foil.

Aluminium Alloy 8011

The 8011 aluminium alloy belongs to the 8XXX series alloy. Iron (Fe) and Silicon (Si) are added to aluminium. A content of more than 1% of other alloy material makes it very advantageous compared to other alloys. 8011 is typically used for aluminium foil. Its performance is better than pure aluminium foil. It is more used in foil than sheets or plates.
The main usage for the 8011 alloy is pharmaceutical packaging, beverages, wine cover materials, food packaging, lunch box materials, cosmetic bottle caps, and sealing lids.
